Legends Comics Of South Carolina Gets A New Frontage And… Oh Boy

This is Legends Comics of Florence, Carolina. A fairly nondescript frontage, faded, it had seen better days. But, you know, it's classc. It does have an appeal. One of nostalgia, one of clean healthy living, and moral certainty.

Which, apparently, will never do.So they had a bit of a spruce up to appeal to a more modern, youthful audience.

After expressing is concern on Facebook, causing a minor social mediastorm, the store got in touch.

"we removed the thread and removed several of the posters from the front of the store, He honestly had no idea that Gregbo's art would offend anyone. We've had no complaints or problems from the regular customers in the store today, both male and female, not even from the county sheriff who comes in every Friday to pick up his pull. Would you please remove this from your timeline so we can get back to be a little comic store in some podunk town in the middle of nowhere. Thank you."

I'm sure they'll also be ordering plenty of Iron Jane…
