Can The New Fitz Be Redeemed?

We got to see a very different version of Leo Fitz (Iain De Casestecker) on the latest episode of Agents of SHIELD. The Framework version is in love with Madam Hydra (Mallory Jansen) and willing to do some horrible acts. How could the character stray so far from the real world version? Executive producers Jed Whedon and Maurissa Tancharoen talked with EW.com about that:

The doctor doesn't see his actions as being out of line. This version of Fitz is clearly capable of horrendous acts, but it is unclear whether not he's capable of remorse.

You also have to wonder how much of what Fitz is doing is him and how much has Aida manipulated?

Agents of SHIELD airs Tuesdays at 10 PM.
