'Charmed' Season 1 Finale: As "The Source Awakens," Macy Reshapes Reality [PREVIEW]
Perhaps the biggest news heading into this week's first-season finale of the CW's Charmed "The Source Awakens" took place away from the camera. At last week's 2019 May Upfronts, the network announced that "The Charmed Ones" would be leaving Melissa Benoist and "Team Kara" on Sunday nights to join Dynasty (?!?!?) on Friday nights (?!?!?) starting this fall – with Charmed batting lead at 8 p.m., followed by the prime time soap at 9 p.m.
Meanwhile… we still have a season finale to get to – one that finds the Source setting up shop inside of Macy (Madeleine Mantock). How do we know that's not a good thing? Because Maggie (Sarah Jeffery), Mel (Melonie Diaz), and Harry (Rupert Evans) really know that's not a good thing – and at this point, we've come to trust what they think when it comes to these things. Especially when she starts engaging in some "reality rewrites" – never a good thing.

Meanwhile, Macy keeps creating alternate realities, but they don't end up being the perfect versions she was hoping for. Meanwhile, Maggie and Mel still struggle with what will happen in their personal lives. Ser'Darius Blain, Nick Hargrove and Ellen Tamaki also star. Clearly, a promo and first-look scene from season finale "The Source Awakens" isn't good enough for you. We respect that. So how about some official episode images, too?
