Speculators Corner: Will First Full Appearance Of Jennika the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle Be In #95 Second Printing?

Today is the FOC date for the second printing of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles #95, the first appearance of regular character Jennika as a Turtle, transformed after a blood transfusion from Leonardo to save her life. The original printing, as well as previous appearances of the ninja Jennika, have become hot properties on the comic book aftermarket, and folk are anticipating her appearance in full in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles #96 on the 31st of July.

And the second printing of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles #95 is a week after, on August 7th.

I hear however that this second printing, not only having Jennika Turtle on the cover and on the final splash page, will also contain three pages of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles #96, featuring Jennika.

Some people are suggesting that this may now count as the first full appearance of Jennika Turtle for comic collectors. But how, if it is coming a week after #96?

Well. IDW has already said that they won't be selling the San Diego Comic-Con exclusive edition of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles #95 first print, to avoid stampedes. Might they have the second printing in early instead? And thus establishing it as her first full appearance?

All speculation, of course.
