3 Pages From The Death of the Speed Force in The Flash #76 [Preview]

The Flash #76 will hit stores from DC Comics next week, by Joshua Williamson and Howard Porter, kicking off the new story arc, Death of the Speed Force. And over the next few days, DC Comics will provide EX-X-XCLUSIVE previews of The Flash and all their other comics to compliant media partner websites. Bleeding Cool, unfortunately, is neither compliant nor a partner. Some might argue we're hardly even media.

But we do have 3 pages from The Flash #76 ahead of its EX-X-XCLUSIVE debut, courtesy of a Mysterious Benefactor, in which we find the titular Flash back in the present after his Year One storyline, speeding around the globe to join a battle in progress in Central City…

But pride goeth before a fall, and we know DC is planning to kill off the very force that gives all these Flashes their power… it's right in the title of the story.

The Flash #76 is in stores next Wednesday.

A prophecy once said that in the comic book industry's darkest days, a hero would come to lead the people through a plague of overpriced floppies, incentive variant covers, #1 issue reboots, and super-mega-crossover events. Sadly, that prophecy was wrong. Oh, Jude Terror was right. For ten years. About everything. But nobody listened. And so, Jude Terror has moved on to a more important mission: turning Bleeding Cool into a pro wrestling dirt sheet!
