Batman #109 Beats Fortnite #4 In Bleeding Cool Bestseller List
This is the Top Ten Bleeding Cool Bestseller List, as compiled by a number of comic stores from their sales on Wednesday and Thursday. It measures what is known as the "Wednesday Warriors", those who can't wait till the weekend to get this week's comics. Though thanks to DC, Tuesday Titans too. Sorry for the delay and if any other retailers would like to report their top sellers, please contact richjohnston@bleedingcool.com.
Top Ten Bleeding Cool Bestseller List of the week
It was a razor-thin margin in this week's but Batman #109 beat Batman/Fortnite: Zero Point to the top spot this week. Star Wars got a boost with War Of The Bounty Hunters being a sequel to Solo, Nice House On The Lake was a massive launch for a DC creator-owned horror title (Last God must feel pretty pathetic in comparison) and Bad Idea's Tankers makes it onto the list too.

- Batman/Catwoman #5

Who had this to say…
- Dr. No's Comics & Games SuperStore – Five Marvel titles on this week's Top Ten list, four DC, and one Bad Idea (Tankers #2 came in third, just behind Batman Fortnite Zero-Point #4 and Heroes Reborn #5). Basilisk #1 was one copy away from making it into the Top Ten this week, and that's a pretty impressive performance–looks like Boom has another hit on their hands!
- Rodman Comics – Good sales week. Fortnite 4 took the top spot with Batman 106 taking second. Heroes Reborn is actually picking up steam surprisingly enough we sold out of the latest issue and reordered more. Stay safe everyone!
- Summit Comics & Games – It was a jammed-packed week, and the fight for that tenth position was real. Crush & Lobo and Basilisk almost broke into the top ten. Aftershock had another solid release with Out of Body. Swamp Thing came in at #18 of the week. Most underappreciated book being released right now.
- Ssalefish Comics – Everything played out about the same way it always does with Batman taking several top spots but a high spot went to newcomer Basilisk which did have art and I believe sold as well as it did because of the Something is Killing the Children effect: pass now and pay for it later. Hellfire Gala had a nice showing this week. The Dauterman interconnecting covers were well received in particular.
- Graham Crackers Comics – Star Wars War of the Bounty Hunters and Nice House on the Lake were definitely big hits this week, but nothing can seem to beat Batman who had three titles in our top ten.
