Bryan Hitch's Justice League Of America Series Cancelled – For Now (UPDATE)

UPDATE: Bryan Hitch tweets out

JLA isn't cancelled it's just being moved. Issues 9, 11 and 12 are pencilled but had to do Rebirth before finishing 10. Will do 10 in June.

So it's all still coming as is the annual Neil's drawing to wrap up the story in 11 & 12 we just need to lick the dates and re-solicit.

Note that the solicitations for these issues have been cancelled though, as we pointed out in the original article below, DC stated they would be resolicited.

After delaying them and rescheduling them, DC Comics has decided that enough is enough and they are cancelling Justice League Of America #9, #10, #11, #12 and the Justice League Annual #1.

Justice League Of America #9 was meant to have come out in March but the massive delays on this series saw issues pushed further and further. Bryan Hitch was meant to have written and drawn the first two, will assistance from Daniel Henriques, while Neil Edwards was to draw subsequent issues and both Henriquez and Edwards drawing #12 and the Annual.

DC Comics says that the issues will be resolicited. But with Hitch working on a new Justice League series for DC Rebirth, is that likely?
