Today's Justice League Of America: Rebirth #1 sees Batman creating his own private Justice League, described thus,

Not sure how Lobo fits into that "mortal" definition, but there we go.

Intriguingly, a flashback in Detective Comics pick up on that as well, with the pre-capture-supposed death of Tim Drake. The the world's greatest detective starts to put all the Bat-storylines together.

Duke in All-Star Batman, Damian in Teen Titans and Justice League Of America… which all leads Tim to one conclusion.

I hope Batman didn't have him captured by Mr Oz on purpose. Looks like we have a new Batman storyline…

And there is more future to be shown in Justice League Of America: Rebirth #1 as well. Lobo Vs Ray, Killer Frost's sister, the return of Ray Palmer with a brand new look, and Batman facing down the killer of Miss Liberty?
