Detective Comics: 80 Years of Batman Deluxe Edition Publishes Alongside Detective Comics #1000

There was a bit of confusion with Action Comics #1000 earlier this year, which DC Comics seem to be looking to escape from the get go in 2019. DC Comics solicited an Action Comics #1000 hardcover that did not contain Action Comics #1000 in it. The book was renamed but still people were a bit confused.

For 2019. DC Comics are publishing Detective Comics #1000 for the 80th anniversary of Batman. And they are also publishing a celebratory hardcover volume alongside it. And calling it Detective Comics: 80 Years of Batman Deluxe Edition right from the start.

And like the Action Comics volume, will have a new cover by Jim Lee.
