Devin Grayson Is Writing 'Power Pack' With Marika Cresta At Marvel In November
Marvel has released the first of what's sure to be many sneak peeks at their November solicitations, in hopes that artificially dragging out the reveal of what comics they'll be publishing that month will make it seem more interesting — even though that totally backfired with the industry-changing October solicit revelations.
Included in the solicit preview on ComicBook.com, we've got our first look at the solicitation for Power Pack #63, one of the titles we learned back in July would return for one-shots along with Shang Chi, Master Of Kung Fu #126, Silver Sable #36, Not Brand Echh #14, Dazzler #43, and Darkhawk #51. It looks like the solicits for those other books will be spread out amongst Marvel's other mighty media partners.
As for Power Pack, we now know the creative team. Devin Grayson, best known for her prolific DC Bat-book work, particularly a controversial Nightwing storyline that saw the hero sexually assaulted by Tarantula (something Grayson later apologized for), is returning to the Big Two to write the one-shot, with Marika Cresta on art.
Check out the cover by Mike McKone and the solicit below:
