Magnificent Ms. Marvel #12 is in stores from Marvel Comics next week, by Saladin Ahmed and Minkyu Jung, and we've got a preview below.

If you haven't been following the story so far, the current arc in Ms. Marvel has Doctor Strange performing the longest surgery ever in an attempt to save Ms. Marvel's dad. Seriously, it's been going on for like three issues now.

But it looks like things have finally taken a turn for the better… sort of.

The doc has an update, and it looks like Kamala's dad will live… but there could still be a price to pay.

But Ms. Marvel herself is currently sinking in the Hudson River, which is unrealistically colored blue in this preview when we all know the real color is brown.

But despite Doctor Strange's prognosis, the solicit tells us Ms. Marvel will need to make a choice between saving Discord from her own alien suit (alien suits never lead to any good), or saving her father.

What will she do? Well, first she's gotta get dry. Magnificent Ms. Marvel #12 hits stores on Wednesday.
