Marvel To Publish New Facsimiles Of Their Facsimile Editions

It was one of the more remarkable stories of the March 2019 Marketshare statistics, that The Incredible Hulk #181 Facsimile Edition, an exact reprint of the first appearance of Wolverine, including the ads (but not the cover price) took thirteenth place. Well, now Marvel has taken the step to reprint the Incredible Hulk #181 Facsimile Edition. A facsimile of a facsimile if you will. Even with the sales it acheived, it is still selling for up to $10 on eBay.

They are also reprinting the Facsimile Edition of Amazing Spider-Man #252, the first appearance of Spider-Man in his black costume, later revealed to be the symbiote Venom., which was published in April. That must have done quite well too.

Both will be published on the 29th of May.
