It wouldn't be the only name change for Millarworld titles. The Secret Service would become Kingsman, Jupiter's Children became Jupiter's Legacy, Chosen would become American Jesus, the trademark to Supercrooks would be dropped after DC Comics objected and Unfunnies would be wiped from all existence both on Millarworld and on the artists' own webpage, and it's quite possible no one even mentioned it to Netflix.

But it appears that the new Hit-Girl series by Mark Millar and Ricardo Lopez Ortiz will be collected as Hit-Girl In Columbia.
