Move Your Offices To Midtown Comics On Times Square?

We all know Midtown Comics. The New York chain of comic stores, especially its Times Square location on 7th Avenue,  that has hosted many a Marvel event, believed it was on Watchmen Corner (until someone checked) and remains a strong touristy face for comics and footfall. The New York comics scene often seems to revolve around it, and everyone stops by.

Look, even Bleeding Cool. Happy pre-Jude Terror days. Anyway.

They have recently acquired office space right next door to their Times Square store, and have more space than they need, so they're offering two private offices for rent, complete with a shared conference room, and all amenities included.

And very, very close to your local comic shop. More here.

You know if I lived in New York, I'd move Bleeding Cool's offices there.
