Two New Unpaid Artists From Two Different Companies (UPDATE)This weekend, I heard from two more unpaid comic creators. One owed money from the company we mentioned last week with at least two other debts to their name, and another from a different company covering nine separate comics.

As a result of my inquiries, the first company has contacted the artist in question promising them instant payment, as they did the first two. I look forward to hearing more on those situations shortly.

The second company was rather aggressive when contacted, pointed out that the creator could contact them directly, and I pointed out the date of the last email that had gone unanswered (January 10th). I'm hoping to hear more on that situation soon as well.

I'm still not naming anyone… yet. I'm hoping everyone does the decent thing here.

UPDATE: We have our first confirmed payment to one of the original artists, half a week after I made my first enquiry.
