VIDEO: Genuine Nerd Remembers HarveySelf-styled "Genuine Nerd" Toby Radloff, co-worker and friend of Harvey Peka,r both appeared in Harvey Pekar's American Splendor and then gained an amount of pop culture fame from the association, on MTV and in movies such as Killer Nerds.

He was played by Judah Friedlander in the movie of the comic, but also appeared as himself in the film.
