X-Force #10: Rachel Summers vs. Fake News [Preview]

Rachel Summers is back, just in time for X-Force to end to make way for the Hickboot in this week's X-Force #10. And though she saved the team from defeat last issue, Rachel wants some answers. After all, she's kind of been in a hound state since Extermination, which was in an entirely different X-Men relaunch era than the one we're in now, which is itself being replaced by a new one this month. It's understandable that this can be a little disorienting.

Meanwhile, Stryfe wants to pull a Matthew Rosenberg, killing off as many characters as he can before the series ends…

But Rachel plans to wield the ultimate weapon: the truth. By revealing to Stryfe's Mutant Liberation Army that it was all psychic propaganda that convinced them Cable killed their friends, and that it was actually Stryfe all along.

But does Rachel know that we live in a post-truth world? There is one side's truth, and the other side's truth, and whose to say which is the real truth? Rachel will have her work cut out for her, it seems.
