EVE Online: Legion Adds New Freelance Jobs In Latest Update

CCP Games released a new update this week for EVE Online: Legion, giving the game a new event as well as a cool new option for Freelance Jobs. The game will now let you play delivery boy with the "Deliver" job type, as you can transport specific items across the galaxy to specific locations, and essentially expand in different ways that will give you a reputable business. But it comes with some requirements to meet, and a ton of logistics, which we're sure players will enjoy figuring out. Meanwhile, Solar Fest will take place from July 15-22, which will give New Eden its own kind of glow. We have a couple of snippets from their latest blog below, as the content is now live.
EVE Online: Legion – Deliveries
This new job type allows corporations to request item deliveries directly to the Freelance Job, streamlining logistics and stimulating the movement of goods across New Eden. Allowing the delivery of the item to the job itself enables you to run concurrent requests for the same item without issue. No hangar space clashes, no asset pileups, just clean, trackable contributions. And for the freelancer, yes, it all happens ship-to-job, straight from your cargo hold. For corporations, it's a way to tap into the capsuleer market for swift and scalable logistics. For freelancers, it's a chance to earn ISK by moving materials and making your mark. Ownership transfer, contribution records, and payouts all happen seamlessly. It's the delivery method you've been waiting for. Just a bit late.
Solar Fest
This summer is proving to be quite a busy time in New Eden. Legion recently saw a Not-so-little update and capsuleers have been busy generating killmails in nullsec and lowsec, PLEX trading has just become tradeable from anywhere, and between 15 and 22 July, Solar Fest is coming, bringing some hot drops for SKINR and more. Make sure you log in daily during Solar Fest to receive some amazing goodies, including a never-before-seen color-shifting gloss nanocoating. Throughout July, several partnered EVE streamers will be taking over the CCP Twitch channel for guest streams. Expect diverse gameplay, across multiple time zones and in various languages. Plus, each week brings an exclusive Twitch Drop (only on the CCP channel).
