Google Earth Launches Their Own Interactive Carmen Sandiego Game

Gamers of a certain generation will remember that Carmen Sandiego didn't start as a cartoon or a game show, but as an educational game. Now you can relive those days with a much more modern experience as Google Earth has partnered with the Netflix series to present Where on Google Earth is Carmen Sandiego. The game actually plays a lot like the original 1985 PC title Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego, but with the twist of having a modernized look and an interactive map. You play as agents of ACME, tracking down Carmen wherever she goes, always arriving and missing her by seconds, leaving you to ask people for clues of the next place she was headed off to.

Where on Google Earth is Carmen Sandiego?

The point of the game, both then and now, is to educate you about the world in general, from the types of people who live there to the food they eat to landmarks in their countries, all the way to the way their flags look. You can play the game now by going to this link. Here's a bit of a trailer for you to enjoy as well.
