Pokémon TCG Wild Force & Cyber Judge: Sandy Shocks & Scream Tail

Pokémon TCG Japan will release a Koraidon-focused Starter Set alongside of Wild Force & Cyber Judge featuring Sandy Shocks & Scream Tail.

Pokémon TCG Japan has begun teasing the next Scarlet & Violet-era sister sets, Wild Force and Cyber Judge. These two sets are themed to the new Legendary Paradox Pokémon released in the recent DLCs expanding on the Paldea region. Wild Force features the ancient ancestors of the Beasts of Johto, the Paradox Pokémon Raging Bolt (an ancestor of Raikou), Gouging Fire (an ancestor of Entei), and Walking Wake (an ancestor of Suicune). Cyber Judge features the future descendants of the Swords of Justice, the Paradox Pokémon Iron Leaves (a descendant of Virizion), Iron Boulder (a descendant of Terrakion), and Iron Crown (a descendant of Cobalion). Both sets hit shelves on January 26th, 2024. These expansions will also reintroduce Ace Spec cards with a new holo pattern. It has already been confirmed that these sets will combine to make up our English-language Pokémon TCG set for March 2024, Scarlet & Violet – Temporal Forces. Today, let's take a look at two more Paradox Pokémon cards featuring the Ancient mechanic: Sandy Shocks and Scream Tail.

The Electric/Ground type Sandy Shocks is a Paradox Pokémon thought to be an Ancient relative of Magneton. It is illustrated here by DOM and will appear in the Starter Deck: Ancient Koraidon ex product released alongside of Wild Force and Cyber Judge. In the same set, you'll find a Scream Tail card illustrated by kawayoo. This is another Paradox Pokémon known as an Ancient relative of Jigglypuff.

Other cards included in this product include:

• Great Tusk (Ancient)
• Koraidon ex (Ancient)
• Master Ball (ACE SPEC)

It is likely that these cards, while unavailable in booster packs of either Wild Force or Cyber Judge, will be folded into the main English-language set Scarlet & Violet – Temporal Forces.
