Tasks For Ultra Unlock Part One Timed Research In Pokémon GO

The Ultra Unlock Part One: Time event has begun in Pokémon GO. This event, which was unlocked through Trainers hitting milestones at GO Fest 2021, features Fossil Pokémon spawning in the wild, hatching from Eggs, featuring in raids, and popping from tasks. Speaking of tasks, this event also includes a Timed Research that will feature event-themed Pokémon. Let's take a look at the full tasks and rewards for the Ultra Unlock Part One: Time Timed Research.

The full questline for Ultra Unlock Part One: Time in Pokémon GO includes:

Page One of Five

  • Catch 10 Pokémon: Diglett encounter
  • Use 5 Berries to help catch Pokémon: Drilbur encounter
  • Catch 5 different species of Pokémon: 6 Nanab Berries
  • Rewards: 10 Poké Balls, 483 XP,3 Ultra Balls

Page Two of Five

  • Catch 5 Voltorb: Magnemite encounter
  • Transfer 7 Pokémon: 7 Ultra Balls
  • Send 3 Gifts to Friends: 3 Pinap Berries
  • Rewards: 5 Great Balls, 483 XP, 5 Ultra Balls

Page Three of Five

  • Catch 10 Omanyte or Kabuto: Aerodactyl encounter
  • Power up a Pokémon 5 times: 3 Max Revives
  • Earn 5 hearts with your Buddy: 7 Razz Berries
  • Rewards: 15 Poké Balls, 483 XP, 5 Ultra Balls

Page Four of Five

  • Catch 7 Porygon: 1 Upgrade
  • Evolve a Pokémon: 8 Ultra Balls
  • Use 10 berries to help catch Pokémon: 5 Pinap Berries
  • Rewards: 10 Great Balls, 483 XP, 5 Ultra Balls

Page Five of Five

  • Catch 15 Rock-type Pokémon: Onix
  • Win a raid: Shieldon
  • Power up a Pokémon 7 times: Cranidos
  • Rewards: 30 Poké Balls, 3 Ultra Balls, 2000 Stardust

Best of luck to all Pokémon GO Trainers getting out there to complete this Timed Research. This event also features the Shiny release of three major Pokémon including the Legendary Dialga in Tier Five raids as well as Cranidos and Shieldon in raids, the wild, and eggs. Early reports of the event suggest that players aren't seeing many Cranidos or Shieldon in the wild, though, so hopefully, that ends up not being the case for the full event.
