Telltale Games Teases Walking Dead Fans with New Promo Photos

If we didn't know any better, we'd say that Telltale Games are trolling their own fans with their social media as of late. Everyone's been made aware by now that this upcoming season for the video game version of  The Walking Dead will be their last, as it is aptly named The Final Season. Today the company has released a few new images teasing the release of that chapter, and it looks like they've decided to make you wonder what ends up happening to Clementine.

We won't see the game released until the summer, but if they're working their way to killing off Clementine, we have to say… you shouldn't be shocked. While I won't speak for my colleagues who love and cover both of the AMC shows based on the comics, having someone die in this world isn't that shocking. As I love to point out, you are watching post-apocalyptic survivors try to get by where they're literally outnumbered 10 million to one by hoards of the undead. At no point in time does anything about this show indicate that all of these people will end up living happy lives, and often they will help make you fall in love with a character just to kill them off to pull the heartstrings.

Should you expect anything different from a video game based on the same source material?
