Twitch Users Can Now Play The Legend Of Zelda: Breath Of The Wild as a Group
If you happen to be one of the many who likes to take part in the Twitch Plays streams, we got awesome news for you, as someone has started a channel dedicated to letting the community play The Legend Of Zelda: Breath of The Wild. Much like how the community has been able to play various incarnations of Pokémon over the years with people sending commands to the game through the chat service to make the characters move and do specific actions, someone has rigged a Nintendo Switch up in the same fashion to input commands and have Link move about Hyrule. You can watch it all happen on the feed below.
How effective this is going to be is already up for debate as the game requires a lot more attention to detail and reaction time than other games that have been put online for people to take a swing at. Especially when it comes to stuff like boss battles, climbing walls, and doing challenges in the shrines. As of when we wrote this, they're still on the Great Plateau at the start of the game but have actually completed a few challenges including getting the magnet and bombs to work. If you decide to take part with the rest of the Twitch community, we wish you luck.
