Halo 5 Has Plenty Of Chance To Come To PC Says Franchise Boss

There has been renewed hope though. Microsoft seems to be unifying the PC and Xbox One platforms more and more, and thanks to recent comments from franchise director Frank O'Connor, it seems even more likely well see Halo on PC in the future. Speaking to GamesRadar+ during a Twitch Livestream (via DSO Gaming), O'Connor said:
There is plenty of chance that Halo 5 could appear on the PC. Nothing to announce at this point but it's absolutely within the bounds of reason.
We developed the game on an Intel platform. It wouldn't be the hardest thing in the world to move it to PC and take advantage of PC stuff. But nothing to announce today on this chat.
This sounds very clever to me if Microsoft do pull the trigger. Halo seems to be falling a little in the gamer consciousness, so getting the newest installment out on another platform with a huge player base could be incredibly useful in terms of growing the brand again.
