With the opening date of Disney's newest world–Pandora–looming on the horizon, Disney has finally started to give park fanatics a better look at what's to come. ABC's The View got a special look at the newest Disney attraction. Joe Rhode, Senior VP for the Creative Department at Walt Disney World, is excited for the world to finally see Pandora in all it's glory. With 4 more sequels to follow, this Disney expansion is in no real danger of never being updated!

We get a look at some of the food and the Banshee flight simulator. From what was told, the flight simulator will scan your body and pair you with an Avatar. From there you'll grab your 3-D goggles and get on what possibly looks like a stationary motorcycle–similar to the Tron Light Cycle ride in Disney Shanghai. From my own park experiences I have a feeling it will also bear some similarities to Star Tours as well.

Pandora, The World Of Avatar opens May 27 in Disney World's Animal Kingdom.

Here's some shots of Good Morning America's tour that they did after The View:

They also shared a nice picture of Whoopi taking the tour, and obviously have sat in at Disney for a few days now (that banner is their current facebook banner):

Whoopi Goldberg gets an amazing look inside Walt Disney World's all-new Pandora — World of Avatar from Avatar director James Cameron tomorrow on The View!

It wasn't just The View that got the action, Good Morning America were in for treats, too. They took a spin around the place here:
