We've been waiting for this day, and Bleeding Cool ran the rumor ahead of time, but it's still really gratifying to announce that the great Peggy Carter will be returning to the small screen to show more of her bravery, skill, and patience with a world that's not quite ready for her.

IGN reports that both Agent Carter and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D (less surprising) have been renewed by ABC for another season.
