Camila Mendes On Veronica Lodge Trying To Become A Good Girl In Riverdale
Less than a week away from the premiere of Riverdale on the CW and we have Camila Mendes talking about her role as Veronica Lodge. Her and her mom are moving to town with their tail a bit between their legs as her father is busted for illegal financial activities. She wants to take the chance to reinvent herself as a good girl, the type of girl she sees in her new friend Betty Cooper. But she also has an immediate interest in Archie Andrews… the guy Betty is in love with. So things are a bit shaky from the start.
You can tell this is going to be very different from the comics in a scenes in the video below that has Cheryl Blossom spinning a bottle between Betty and Veronica to see, "Who's going to ride the Ginger Stallion…"
