Cast of Black Panther Get Down to Man's Not Hot At London Premiere

Man's Not Hot was the British breakout track of  2017, from British comedian Michael Dapaah performing as the character Big Shaq. It hit no 3 in the UK charts, went gold and saw over 210 million views on YouTube.

Well, it may be about to get a few more. At the Black Panther premiere at Hammersmith, London last night, they had DJs performing in the cinema before the movie began. And with the cast and crew lined up along the right side of the auditorium waiting to go on stage, DJ Semtex played Man's Not Hot. And everyone, frankly, got down to it. But notably, as seen in this exclusive video for Bleeding Cool, Daniel Kaluuya and Letitia Wright have all the lyrics down pat. Pat pat pat!

Could this be what it takes for Man's Not Hot to break the USA properly?

Here's the video.

And the session that kicked it off…

Black Panther is a 2018 movie produced by Marvel Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures, it is the eighteenth film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The film is directed by Ryan Coogler from a screenplay by him and Joe Robert Cole, and stars Chadwick Boseman as T'Challa / Black Panther, alongside Michael B. Jordan, Lupita Nyong'o, Danai Gurira, Martin Freeman, Daniel Kaluuya, Letitia Wright, Winston Duke, Angela Bassett, Forest Whitaker, and Andy Serkis. In Black Panther, T'Challa returns home as king of Wakanda but finds his sovereignty challenged by a long-time adversary in a conflict that has global consequences.

Black Panther was officially announced in October 2014, with Boseman first appearing in Captain America: Civil War. By the end of 2015, Cole and Coogler had both joined, and additional cast members came on board beginning in May 2016, making the film Marvel's first with a predominantly black cast. Principal photography for the film took place from January to April 2017, at EUE/Screen Gems Studios in the Atlanta metropolitan area, and Busan, South Korea.

Black Panther premiered in Los Angeles on January 29th with its European premiere on the 8th of February in Hammersmith, London. It is set to be released in the United States on February 16th in IMAX and 3D and on February 14th in the UK.
