One Hundred Eyes' Origin Revealed In Marco Polo Special
The first show I ever binge watched on Netflix wasn't Daredevil or Jessica Jones. It was the first night I'd logged into Netflix at all and they had this new series, Marco Polo. I figured I'd watch an episode and see what it was like… what a Netflix original series could be. I thought it was okay and probably would have stopped there, but the next episode started a few seconds later and I figured I'd go ahead and watch a little. By 7 am the next morning, I hadn't slept and I was watching the final episode.
One of the characters that stood out was a blind monk named Hundred Eyes played by Tom Wu. Now, as the second season of Marco Polo is being worked on, a special has been announced that will focus on the origins of Hundred Eyes. Netflix has released this featurette talking about the upcoming special.
Marco Polo: One Hundred Eyes will be available starting December 26… it's like Netflix got everyone a Christmas present.
