"The Actions We Take Define Who We Are" – Inside The Latest Twists On The Magicians

With the recent news that Syfy has renewed The Magicians for a third season, it makes the final few episode even more important remembering how much the series changed between season and season two. The first season was all about learning that magic is real and that Fillory truly exists. The characters coming together through various trials and the on coming threat of the Beast. While season two finally dealt with the Beast, it was also a lot about the fall out of their actions and the characters growing up. We see the culmination of that in the second to last episode of the season where Quentin (Jason Ralph), Julia (Stella Maeve), Penny (Arjun Gupta) and Eliot (Hale Appleman) all make choices that will define who they are going forward.

In the video below, the producers and cast talk about the shocking episode, to which executive producer John McNamara says fans will likely find their houses and burn them to the ground.
