It's always a treat when Stephen Byrne returns to Green Arrow.

And that's what's happening in July. We haven't seen him on the title since last year with issues 6,7 and 9. But now he's returning to issue 26, fresh from Justice League/Power Rangers with this cover by Mike Grell.
