Today, every comic store in good standing with Diamond Comic Distributors will get a bundle of 25 glow-in-the-dark promotional cosmic cubes, shipping alongside Secret Empire #6. Stores could buy more if they wanted.

And Bleeding Cool has a first look at them in the flesh as it were. Or the glow-in-the-dark plastic. Made of very light plastic, actually, but they have a strong glow around the Kirby Krackle.
