You may recognise a few of the panels and pages there. Loki is looking back at his Marvel history — and he's not overly happy.

Same stories over and over? Come come, that's not fair. Okay, not all of it. Anyway, lots of different versions of Loki. He then goes on to complain to the librarian about books "ignoring what's come before to tell a tale from a different point of view" — that's Bendis, right? — as well as asking "different universes with the same people — why?"

Why indeed. Oh, and while you may be here for spoilers, possibly, I won't go all in. But I will point out that a major figure will die in this issue. A really, really major figure.

But then again, don't they always?
