Marvel's Motto is 'Be More Marvelous' – Creators and Characters Returning For C2E2 Announcements

David Pierce and Brian Lake are reporting for Bleeding Cool from the Diamond Retailer Breakfast being held in Chicago right now, just before the C2E2 convention from ReedPOP kicks off. And there are statistics, announcements and analysis aplenty.

The Marvel presentation following the Diamond retailer meet saw Marvel EIC CB Cebulski make some promises and statements to the assembled comic book retailers.

That they have had a great first three months in 2019, with four titles selling over 100,000 copies.

That they have rectified issues that were raised last year.

That their back to basics initiative from last year has accomplished a lot. And it feels like anyone can leave a movie and enter a shop and find a comic for them.

And that their motto for this year is 'Be More Mavelous'. And news annoucnements coming out of this weekend focused on returning creators and characters in addition to new storylines.
