Black Widow and The Eternals Already Filming at Pinewood Studios?

Time is ticking. And Bleeding Cool has learnt that Marvel Phase 4 movies are already filming, and filming just down the road from me at Pinewood Studios, outside of London. It's no surprise that Marvel film would pop over to Blighty, they've filmed the likes of Thor, Captain America, Guardians Of The Galaxy and more here, following a long tradition of superhero/sci-fi movies filming at Pinewood or Shpperton, such as Star Wars, Superman and Batman because the filming crew a) they're cheap – especially during Brexit b) not starstruck c) just get on with the job d) are okay to go down the pub wit afterwards. And there's lots of special effects folk set up in and around London as a result of all this. If you want to blame anyone, choose Stanley Kubrick who filmed in the UK and was reticent to travel, so that 2001: A Space Odyssey, Doctor Strangelove and even Full Metal Jacket over here.

Anyway, Bleeding Cool gets the nod that Black Widow, starring Scarlett Johannson is already filming at Pinewood, and that they are building sets for The Eternals, in readiness for the cameras to start rolling very soon. Look for Olympia Productions as the codename for filming Eternals…
