Soaring Penguin are the publishers of David Hine and Mark Stafford's The Bad, Bad Place. It is an amazing comedic, horrific creation, with roots in The Addams Family and The BoJeffries Saga, but from an outsiders point of view, more like the approach of Twin Peaks, but in a run-down part of Britain, somewhere in the late twentieth or early twenty-first century.

Who are Alex Fitch, Panel Borders and Resonance FM?

Alex Fitch presents the UK's only monthly broadcast radio show about comics – Panel Borders – on the Arts Council Radio Station, Resonance 104.4 FM / DAB in London. The show has been running for over 13 years, taking in nearly 500 episodes, following a weekly run of broadcasts from 2006-2015, and guests including Alan Moore, Audrey Niffenegger, Neil Gaiman, Hannah Berry, Howard Chaykin, Simone Lia, Mike Mignola, Marjane Satrapi, Becky Cloonan, Chris Claremont, Rutu Modan, Gerald Scarfe, Karrie Fransman, Raymond Briggs and many more.

Resonance FM has been running on a shoestring budget since 2002, with funding from the Arts Council to cover basic costs, but every year has to run a fundraising drive to pay for new equipment, and shortly pay for its second relocation following redevelopment of its original studio on Denmark Street and now the imminent loss of its current home in Borough. It covers all arts and forms of radio production not heard on mainstream channels and offers a community based outlet for a variety of subjects and programme makers.
