Friday was a wet start for the 2nd annual Wizard World Des Moines. The early afternoon was a little bit stormy and as such it was a slow start for attendees coming in. But as the rain ended everyone- including the cosplayers, came out. On Saturday, the weather improved to a sunny but windy day. The cosplayers were there early and came in at steady pace throughout the day. Costumes were impressive and varied and the people who wore them were awesomely nice to my prodding requests for photos.
