BOOM! Studios to Continue Adventure Time After Cartoon Ends with Season 11 Comic Book

Fans of long-running Cartoon Network series Adventure Time may have a lot to be sad about, with the final episode set to air in September. But thanks to explosive comic book publisher BOOM! Studios, they now have a little something to look forward to as well. BOOM! Studios is planning to continue the show in comic book form with Adventure Time Season 11 by writer Sonny Liew and artist Marina Julia.

BOOM! announced the news at their panel at San Diego Comic-Con today:

Adventure Time Season 11 #1 is set to hit stores in October, so fans won't have to wait long after the cartoon ends. Check out the cover below:
