Chuck Dixon Needs Just a Little Love to Make Airboy #51 a Reality

Classic comic book publisher and reviver extraordinare Drew Ford is doing his best to revive the classic comics character Airboy and is even using some classic comics creators to do so, such as writer Chuck Dixon, who wrote the four year run in the eighties and is now planning to write Airboy #51 and beyond to carry on from where he left off.

And hopes everyone forgets a few more awkward moments in the interim.

Drew has reached almost 90% of his Indiegogo crowdfunding goal and just needs a little nod to put it over the edge.

Which is why the Kickstarter contains original art and sketches, and why the comic is adding on variant covers by the likes of Dalibor Talajic, Don Perlin, Emma Kubert, Graham Nolan, Jock, Matt Kindt, Paul Gulacy, and Stipe Kalajzic, and more.

Here's their pitch, preview and promises…
