Criticizing Reboot Culture in Magnificent Ms. Marvel #7 [Preview]
The Magnificent Ms. Marvel #7 is in stores next week from Marvel Comics, by Saladin Ahmed and Joey Vazquez, and we've got a preview below.
A lot has happened for Ms. Marvel lately, including her father getting sick, so it's time to take a break from all the superhero action and have some normal teenage fun.
Which means heading out to grab some gyros from a New Jersey diner… and doing it without a wokeness lesson. Though we we do get some complaints about the "gritty reboot" of the "Tween Mutant Samurai Turtles." Heh.
And also doing it without trying to get involved in every situation where a superhero might be of assistance.
Though, this is a comic book, so as it turns out, trouble often comes to you.
So… no gyros then?
Magnificent Ms. Marvel #7 is in stores on Wednesday.
