DC Comics Cancels Orders on Stargirl By Geoff Johns

Geoff Johns is rather busy right now, working with Lee Moder on the DC Comics TV series based on his character Stargirl, starring Brec Bassinger as Courtney Whitmore. It is due to be broadcast next year. And it is possibly for that reason that DC Comics has decided to cancel all orders for the planned Stargirl By Geoff Johns collection, planned for publication in September, with Bree on the cover.

Could it be that orders were a little bit on the low side for the collection, so DC Comics has decided to hold off until the TV show is more on people's radar and to get a few more initial orders to make the print run worthwhile?
