DC Comics has sent notice of legal action to Supermen Fades And Fros, a barber shop with two outlets in Orange County.

It's pretty much an open and shut case, the shop appears to be using the Superman trademark, as well as the Shield symbol in its livery or advertising. It's debatable as to how much confusion to the consumer would be caused by a couple of barbers, but the blatant tradmark use is hard to defend…
