Democrats Don't Want People To Know Their Candidate Drew The Punisher
Here's the political leaflet for John Hebert, the Democrat candidate as a County Legislator in Albany, New York. It talks about his work in comic books, drawing titles such as Spider-Man, X-Men, and Jonny Quest — except it's missing one.
Because more than any other, in his short career in comic books, John Hebert drew The Punisher. Three issues of Punisher War Journal, three issues of Punisher War Zone. In comparison, there were only three issues of X-Men in total and one issue of Spider-Man, in a team-up with Jubilee and made available exclusively to customers of Drake's Cakes.
He did also draw the Marvel Quarterly Reports when issued as comic books. And the recent God Woke graphic novel with Stan Lee. But for some reason, his party don't want to link his name with the character he drew the most, The Punisher, with a new Netflix series on the way.
I wonder why? Best of luck, John!
