Gay Group Turns Politician Into Comic Book Supervillain. Like He Wasn't Already.

mighty-moxy-final-comic-p1-normal The Des Moines Register reports how local conservative politician Bob Vander Plaats has been turned into a comic book schoolyard supervillain Bull Von Ploots in a comic book starring superhero-schoolgirl-with-two-mothers, Mighty Moxy.

Vander Plaats is also the CEO  of The Family Leader and a leading anti gay marriage advocate.

The comic, Find Your Voice, was sold for $12 a pop at the Ninth Annual Iowa Governors Conference on LGBTQ Youth and copies have been donated to schools.
