Happy Birthday! Dan DiDio's First Novel Hide Or Seek is Out Next Year

It is former DC Comics publisher, and current Frank Miller Presents Editor-In-Chief, Dan DiDio is celebrating his birthday today. And he has an announcement for us all. "Taking a brief break from my work on FMP to announce that my first Young Adult novel, HIDE OR SEEK, is now available for pre-order on Amazon. HIDE OR SEEK is the story of a young boy whose life is turned upside down when his superhero father is murdered, and he's thrown in witness protection along with some of his father's greatest villains. I had a great time writing it, and I hope you go out and grab yourself a copy! Hide Or Seek is co-written by Chris Silvestri and Anthony Maranville, writers for Star Trek: Short Treks, Star Trek: Discovery, and Frank Miller Presents: Pandora, is described thus, "Nick Pappas—a teenage boy with nascent superpowers—has his world turned upside down when he's taken into witness protection after his superhero father is murdered on national television. But things are not what they appear to be in the small town he's relocated to. He soon discovers that, not only is it populated with family members of super villains, but it's also a prison, and he's considered one of its most dangerous inmates. He can't be sure who to trust, and to make matters worse, he's developing powers of his own—with no way to control them." Hide Or Seek will be published on the 11th of April, 2023 with this cover by Kenneth Rocafort.
