That Insanely Peculiar Major Death in Infinity Wars Prime #1 (Spoilers, Natch)

I mentioned yesterday, that there was to be a rather surprising death in today's Infinity Wars Prime #1 by Gerry Duggan and Mike Deodato. And I don't just mean of the fourth wall by Loki, who seems to have an issue with Brian Bendis. Or someone like that.

Now a lot of comic books have got some shocks out of deaths, some of which have been repealed instantly, some that have taken several years to be flipped and others which have remained dead-is-dead.

But today's Infinity Wars Prime introduced new character Requiem. Which itself suggests death. And with Thanos in toew, and Infinity War in the headline, some kind of finger snap genocide is, if nothing else expected.

What is not expected is what actually happened.

Yeah, let's have another.

Is this planned cross-continuity between titles? Donny Cates has shown there's a little more of that going on today…
