New York Gets Its Own French Comics Festival
France has a special relationship with New York, epitomised by the Statue Of Liberty, and revitalised by the French Institute.
But while New York is launching its Comic Con, there will also be an ongoing festival dedicated to bande dessinees.But from the end of this month through to the beginning of November
The Cooper Union on East 7th St will be its epicenter for the French Comics Framed exhibition, but it will extend throughout the city and throughout NYCC as well.
