Captain America Versus The Status Quo
What's up with superheroes these days? When they're not renouncing their citizenship of America one minute then celebrating America the next, they're killing every man in Britain by chopping off their testicles or having fistfights with superheroic embodiments of Julian Assange, Bradley Manning and Wikileaks.
Why can't we return to the good old days, when superheroes didn't feel the need to get so involved in politics, or challenge the status quo, especially not patriotic superheroes like Captain America. Take this classic story from 1970 by Stan Lee and Gene Colan in Captain America #130, you couldn't get more traditional than that pair.
