ComiXology All Over The World – Return of The Walking Dead And Clint Barton's Big In Europe

Sound the trumpets, load your guns, and stockpile canned goods, for the zombie apocalypse is coming to a country near you. According to ComiXology sales last week taken from iOS in-app purchase charts, The Walking Dead has, yet again, crypt-walked (see what I did there?) its way to the top of charts all across the globe. All of North America and the majority of Europe were overtaken by the zombie outbreak, with the exceptions of Australia, Russia, Japan, and, of course, China.

The Walking Dead came in a close second in Australia and Russia, appearing behind Injustice: Year Two and good ole Batman, respectively. Spidey is superior in Japan – quite the feat for Peter Parker since he did not even rank on the chart last week. China went for the likes of Deadpool, Trillium, and the newest Ms. Marvel; in fact, there are a rare amount of superhero books on China's chart this week, Green Lantern and Punisher also making appearances. And while the latest issue of Walking Dead was nowhere to be found, the starter kit happened to chart. It's begun, China. It has begun.

Hawkeye appeared frequently in Mexico this week, though costing an exorbitant $26, which is nothing compared to the nearly $50 it costs to buy Forever Evil or Superior Spider-Man. Geez guys, you're expensive dates. Clint Barton was also popular in Germany and Spain, as well. He's big in Europe.
