Mark Wahlberg And Catherine Zeta-Jones In New Trailer For Broken City

It's time to watch Catherine Zeta-Jones, Russell Crowe, and Marky Mark Wahlberg of Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch dance a dangerous fandango in this brand new trailer for next year's crime thriller, Broken City.

Wahlberg plays an ex-cop who agrees to trail New York city major Russell Crowe's wife, and eventually finds himself double-crossed and framed. That's what happens when you take naked photos of Catherine Zeta-Jones, kids.

The script comes from relatively unknown screenwriter Brian Tucker, who has also been hired to pen the remake of Sympathy For Mr. Vengeance. Based on this trailer, Broken City seems to have a lot of strong characters who will probably drive the story along, and I wouldn't be surprised if it taps into recent New York police shooting scandals as a resource for its themes of corruption and injustice. The film was directed by Allen Hughes of the Hughes brothers.
